Current delivery methods will be examined both personally and on a facility basis. Through simple assessments, an internal “check list” will be given to all attendees to see how well their delivery methods are working with customers. Suggestions will then be given on how to improve these areas with focus on the areas outlined above. Secondly, another “check list” will be used to assess the facility structure and how well it upholds professional standards. Different suggestions will be given to help increase these standards
