FlexBuilding and Basic Muscle Energy Techniques

As a fitness professional what you will take away from this course is the ability to make an impact on your clients on day one. When you put a client on a bench press they will not see immediate improvement without a little elbow grease over time. You will be able to show your client their pre R.O.M. and a 20%-50% improvement in post R.O.M. with less stiffness and a surprising increase in strength from rep one to rep 4-6. Also the course comes with a great reference book for specific movements to train particular sports specific actions.
