DVRT Level II

The D.V.R.T. (Dynamic Variable Resistance Training) program is designed to provide a systematic approach to functional based training. Attendees will be taken through the steps of identifying movement deficiencies as well as possible muscle imbalances. D.V.R.T. is designed to teach attendees how to appropriate progress and implement the appropriate exercises to help address these issues to maximize performance and health.
