The DVRT program is designed to provide a systematic approach to functional based training. Attendees will be taken through the foundational movement patterns of our DVRT system along with learning how to appropriately progress and implement the movements and exercises for themselves and for their clients at all levels of fitness. This six hour workshop will introduce you to the DVRT system and go over the basic use and set up of the Ultimate Training System. The course will consist upper and lower body foundational movement patterns and exercises of the DVRT system. Not only will you learn the foundational and core exercises of our program you will learn how to progress and regress any exercise to meet the needs of any fitness level.
