Suspension Training Fusion: Training for Balance and Deceleration - In this workshop, participants will discover ways to train students for Balance and Deceleration using suspension equipment, BOSU and kettle bells. The class is intended to meet the demand for High Intensity Interval Training, but can be scaled for different fitness levels. You will walk away with a class outline containing 3 rounds of work using 3 types of equipment and 3 different H.I.I.T. concepts.
