Athletic Circuit Power

This workshop is geared to group exercise coaches who want interesting ideas for their circuit training classes or indoor/outdoor athletic training. Explore various exercises for cardiovascular drills, muscular strength and endurance, speed agility, power and flexibility. Discuss numerous timed sets and the importance of building in rest periods. A mixture of equipment can be used, such as dumbbells, kettle weights, weighted bars, heavy ropes, steps, TRX, jump ropes, and or medicine balls, cones and ladders. This interactive workshop will break-down safe and effective exercise regressions and progressions to adjust your workouts for a multi-level environment
