Kettlebell Strength

This workshop is an introductory to intermediate training that covers the history, rational and methodology for kettlebell lifting. This course will breakdown the key lifts for general strength improved muscular force production and joint stability. Corrective strategies will be emphasized to develop safe and effective kettlebell lifting techniques.
