2 X 2 Conditioning®

Check out this intense cardio conditioning class! This fresh combination of various athletic sports drills provides an incredible cardiovascular challenge. By alternating intervals of intense cardio work with intervals of active recovery incorporating resistance training, you will maximize your fat burning potential and increase your aerobic capacity.
