HOT FUSION® 2 Instructor training is a full day training workshop teaches you this fun new dance fitness workout set to old school music. HOT FUSION® incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of classic pop dance tunes resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout. HOT FUSION® provides participants with a “total body workout.” A portion of the workout incorporates strength training with hand weights to isolate your larger muscle groups, increasing muscular strength and definition to your core, lower and upper body with specific emphasis on the arms. This is a beginner program and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. HOT FUSION® provides participants of all body types with a dance-dirven complete workout that is both intense and easy to perform.
