UrbanKick is an innovative, full body training that uses easy-to-use formatting for breaking down the sequences mixed with HIIT training, for a multi-level and challenging workout. We use punch and kicking sequences that actually make offensive and defensive sense (not random punches and kicks) and infuse HIIT drills to challenge the body. Every UrbanKick class expertly balances the need for familiar moves and format (to ensure the class is welcome to all levels of ability), along with the need to keep the sequencing innovative, exciting, and most importantly --- fun. Each class is structured to accommodate different levels of ability and allows the instructor to properly progress or regress a movement. The training will teach you how to properly break down the sequences and the scientific benefits behind steady-state cardiovascular training and HIIT training and how they differ.
