PaddleFitness

Take your training to the edge and wash away your weaknesses with wave-inspired workouts that challenge your mind and body. Renowned surfer and paddleboarder Laird Hamilton designed PaddleFitness to simulate a paddleboarding experience. Each workout uses real paddleboarding movements to increase strength, balance, coordination and conditioning. The PaddleFitness paddle is designed like a traditional stand up paddle (SUP) and features a sliding 5 lb. weight to accelerate calorie burn and strengthen your core.
