This course provides an in-depth analysis of cardio exercises, including kickboxing as well as interval training in a group fitness setting. Provides "super simple" options for those classes who want more repetitive movements than the choreographed cardio/strength routines. Provides in depth analysis of strength training and flexibility exercises including Pilates in a group fitness setting. Explains the benefits, techniques, and injury prevention for the exercises included in our spring 2014 session. Explains the guidelines for using Dance Blast songs in the Cardio/Strength programming. Reviews the suggestions for using more favorites to create individualized session playlists depending on the likes and needs of the class. Teaches Body & Soul cardio/strength & flexibility choreography for the session and identify how this choreography interfaces with our other programs. Includes demonstration and workout.
