Basic Training - group

Transform your classes! Begin with a warm up of “foreshadowing movements” included in the cardio/strength to follow. The athletic cardio and multi dimensional strength segments are developed to allow a multi-level challenge for every participant. End with a yoga based stretch to rejuvenate, aid restoration and enhance recovery. This movement based workshop teaches techniques that improve neuromuscular coordination, balance, strength and flexibility!
