Instructor Mustafa Savasan is graduated in Physical Education Lecture of Marmara University. He has also master degree of Fitness and Sports Health from Marmara University Institute of Health. It is 20 years since, he is working as Fitness – Pilates insructor and as an Administrator in fitness industry. He is still teaching in Coaching Department of Haliç University and in Specialization Programs of Fitness & Body Building. Mustafa Savasan is a board member and a course instructor in Türkiye Body Building & Fitness and Arm Wrestling Federations. Training Duration : 2 Day (18 Hours) Who Can Participate : Fitness professionals, fitness instructor candidates, physical education teachers and all the other sports coaches. Training Description : Static and Dynamic Posture Analysis with Preventive and Corrective Exercise Training Program is designed for Fitness professionals and all the other sports coaches. The program will provide a better understanding of the human movement system, common postural disorders and muscle imbalances.
