Body & Soul Boot Camp - Fall 2014

This two hour course will provide an overview of Body & Soul Boot Camp purpose, target populations, and program start-up, set up, order and teaching techniques. It consists of a 70 minutes lecture and a 50 minute workout. The workout will include an overview of the fitness components included, form and safety cues and exercise examples, analysis and modification options. Our specialty focus area for our Boot Camp classes will be high intensity interval training.
