Dance Blast - Fall 2014

The Dance Blast program continues to provide a popular cross training experience as a stand-alone class and as added cardio variety in Cardio/Strength classes. The course will explain the following: the benefits of dance fitness, how to improve your personal style and to learn the latest dance routines that you can incorporate into your Body & Soul fitness classes. Guidance will be given for modifications of routines with instructions on how to build up so everyone, regardless of fitness level or dance background, can be successful and have a great time doing Dance Blast! We will also give guidelines to instructors on creating playlists for their classes.
