Body & Soul Boot Camp, Fall 2012

This course will provide an overview of Body & Soul Boot Camp - the purpose, target populations, and program start-up, set up, order and teaching techniques. A one hour lecture will be followed by a fifty-five minute Boot Camp workout. The workout will include an overview of the fitness components included, form and safety cues and exercise examples, analysis and modification options. Our specialty focus area for our Boot Camp classes will be sports and conditioning drills.
