The course will provide each Water KettleBell Instructor candidate with practical knowledge of both the physical properties of the water and direct work with KettleBells. At the end of this course, students will have a firm understanding of how to implement Water Kettle Bell classes safely and effectively in a semi-private/small group setting in the pool environment.
