This course reinforces the basics of the core Gliding Program, the unique Gliding Discs and exercises, science, technique and application in an Interval style class. This course will cover general exercise science for functional and integrated movement as it pertains to flexibility, strength and cardio choreography specific to Gliding and the Gliding discs. The training will also cover application of Gliding exercises in an interval training class. This course is recommended for instructors currently holding a Primary Group Fitness Certification and actively teaching classes. Previous participation in a Gliding™ Basic Training course is suggested but not required
