This Nutrition course will begin with a review of basic nutritional informational including the description of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, micronutrients, and macronutrients. The National nutrition recommendations and guidelines will be reviewed as well as metabolic disorders and insulin resistance. A large portion of the course will cover PRO Sports Club’s 20/20 Lifestyle program and its approach to weight loss. The different components of the20/20 Lifestyles program will be covered including its high satiety plan, food combining and nutritional recommendations. Personal Trainers will learn how to implement these components of the program into their clients’ program designs for long- term weight maintenance.
