This one-day course will demonstrate how to be more multidimensional in your treatment planning with physically active individuals. Too often treatment plans fall short of effectively addressing movements in multiple planes and only include lackluster exercises of cardio, flexibility, and strength training that concentrate on a single area. The end result is a patient who does not reach his or her full potential. To be effective, a treatment plan needs to target the entire kinetic chain by rehabilitating specific muscle groups in multiple planes of motion. Attendees will gain knowledge of common hip pathologies and participate in a hands-on lab session that teaches exciting new rehabilitation strategies, including dynamic multi-planar exercises, to quickly help the patient return to high levels of physical activity.
