Kettlebell Essentials

This course is designed to teach the essential Kettlebell movements, including swing, clean, squat, press, Turkish get up, & snatch. The goal is to teach the technique, corrections, progressions, biomechanics and functional anatomy of each move. In addition, the end user will learn how to implement into existing programming or create a new programming for both individuals and classes. The end user will learn how to design progressive programs for varying goals and levels.
