The YMCA of San Diego County Health & Wellness Cluster hosts this event twice a year (Spring/Fall) to recognize and celebrate the Health & Wellness staff for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. The conference is a fun-filled, action packed learning experience that gives staff an opportunity to attend five, 50-minute sessions covering a variety of Health & Wellness topics.
