It is sometimes difficult to translate sports nutrition recommendations for carbohydrate, protein, and fluid intake into real meals that clients can consume, so sports dietitian Ellen Coleman will provide practical advice on how to do this.
Finally, Brett Bartholomew, from the elite training organization Athletes' Performance, will conduct a 2.5hr hands-on session demonstrating new techniques to teach various athletic skill movements.
