Quick Fix Workouts

Quick-fix or express classes are 30-minute workouts that are results oriented and participant focused. Learn how to put together three challenging workouts that are geared toward training individual parts of the body. Market the class with a catchy name like 6-Pack Abs, Buffed Arms or B.L.T. and your program will be full of participants who are committed to exercise, but short on time.
