This class has a primary focus on basic physical fitness and how it relates to Defensive Art moves, such as kicks, blocks, punches and strikes. Students will learn specific techniques and moves that improve the strength and quickness of the muscle groups needed to engage in defensive arts safely. Also included will be techniques on how to lengthen and strengthen hip flexors, and improve overall balance and core strength while performing fun and engaging Defensive Art techniques. Intended for those who wish to become a Schendo trainer, or for those who wish to learn these basics to bring to their current clientele who may be interested in pursuing any type of Martial Art class. At the end of the class students will be Schendo certified Trainers.
