MIX IT UP

High intensity intervals (jumps, plyometrics, timed drills and challenge exercises) are intense ways to increase the heart rates of class participants! Instructor will learn at least 20 high intensity moves, will learn how to incorporate "add on" intervals and will also learn "challenge" exercises they can use with existing class formats!
