The Ultimate Light Kettle Bell Workout

Strengthen and sculpt the entire body using light-weight kettle bells. Fitness professionals will learn to create an intense, total-body workout developing endurance and stamina, range of motion and increased functional movement using 5-10 lbs. kettle bells. This ageless training tool allows for a wide range of planes of motion, emphasizing power and control. Using “soft” training techniques which focus on the non-traditional kettle bell techniques and training methods better suited for a variety of fitness levels in a group setting, group instructors will acquire a fresh variety of movement patterns. Instructors will learn form and technique as well as cueing and safety to teach a variety of fitness levels in a single class setting.
