Currently the Assistant Director of Football Performance at Northwestern University, Al has over 25 years of experience as a strength coach, including stops at West Virginia, Ohio State, and the Baltimore Orioles. He has coached over 120 players drafted into the NFL, as well as MLB Hall of Famer Cal Ripken. Inducted into the Strength and Conditioning Coaches Hall of Fame in 2003, Al has spoken nationally on topics of strength, speed, motivation, team building, and leadership.
