Trainers enrolling in the BUTI Level 1 Instructor Training will learn the BUTI format which fuses yoga with cardio dance sequencing, plyometric drills and conditioning. Each trainee will receive a manual with exercise breakdowns, injury prevention and modification sections. Trainees will learn how to design their class sequence based on the exercises learned in the training manual. This course is a 18 hour weekend workshop that consists of instructional hours, practicum and a graded demonstration.
