• Provide in-depth analysis of cardio exercises, including kickboxing as well as interval training in a group fitness setting. • Provide in-depth analysis of strength training and flexibility exercises including Pilates and the all plank song in a group fitness setting. • Explain the benefits, techniques, and injury prevention for the exercises included in our Fall 2012 session. • Teach the Body & Soul Cardio/Strength & Flexibility choreography for this session, and identify how this choreography interfaces with our other programs. • Includes demonstration and workout.
