PERSONAL TRAINING GETS WET

This course introduces instructors to the technical differences that make water a functional part of your client’s exercise design. You’ll examine basic progressions for integrating water into your personal training program for your “apparently healthy” fitness participant, cross training for fitness sports enthusiasts and general functional progressions for your older adult clients who may have special needs based on age-related conditions.
