Both personal training programs and group fitness classes are discussed.
Stability Ball Training also provides creative programming ideas for various types of workouts, including core and balance training and strength training on the ball. The 49-minute video presents a detailed review of how to safely and effectively employ the stability ball in an exercise program, and includes a class demonstration appropriate for all skill levels.
Upon completion of this course, you will have an understanding of the applied exercise science behind the stability ball and be able to design various class formats using this versatile piece of equipment. You will also be able to incorporate modifications for various special populations and fitness levels.
