In the Fitness Life Coaching for Weight Management Success video-based course, led by ACE Exercise Physiologist Fabio Comana, you’ll discover specific strategies to facilitate behavioral change for weight management and overall wellness, as well as understand the effectiveness of rapport-building and communication in coaching. Upon course completion, you will be able to coach and empower each client by creating and implementing systematic coaching models, utilize successful exercise and weight-management strategies for overweight and obese individuals, and relay useful nutritional strategies to help clients make healthier daily dietary choices.
