A hybrid yoga-fitness program designed to strengthen and stretch the core, YogaCore® follows the YogaFit® Three Mountain class format of warm-up, work and cool-down. Explore traditional yoga poses that focus specifically on the abdominals, back, hip and pelvic muscles and exercises that use the YogaFit® Core Ball to strengthen, stabilize and heal. Learn how a strong core serves as the foundation for hatha yoga, and flowing sequences to achieve it in each client.
You will learn:

- YogaCore® poses and sequencing to focus on strengthening central core of the body including abdominals, back, hips and pelvis
