Most traditional weight-lifting exercises occur in only one plane of motion or directly against the downward pull of gravity. However, most athletic movements or activities of daily living require us to produce and control forces through gravity as we transition from one position to another. In this webinar led by ACE professional Pete McCall, MS, CSCS, you’ll explore how the myofascial network functions as a single, integrated unit and how loaded movement can stress the entire system simultaneously, ultimately helping your clients meet their health and fitness goals.

You will learn:

  • How the myofascial network functions as one complete unit in the body

  • Definition of biotensegrity and how it relates to exercise program design

  • Exercise programming options to help clients develop functional, total-body strength
