Participants will learn teaching techniques, strategies for improved safety and other essential instructional skills to enrich group classes. Explore how to safely transition clients back to a total-body program, and how to avoid further injury during phases of tissue healing.

You will learn:
  • Foundational knowledge of exercise and movement science
  • How to apply that foundational knowledge to class design, implementation and modification
  • Teaching techniques, safety strategies and other essential instructional skills

NOTE: Course is designed for fitness leaders who do not currently hold a group exercise credential accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) such as the ACE Group Fitness Instructor Certification.
