User Comments: I DONT EVEN REMEMBER WHAT I LEARNED FROM THIS. SO I WOULDNT CONSIDER IT USEFUL BECAUSE IT DIDNT MAKE AN IMPACT. IT SEEMED LIKE MORE OF A FILLER TO EQUAL 2.0 CECS.

User Comments: The information presented was eye-opening and will give me much to talk about when I do my public speaking. The format (video), however, took too much of my time for the CEC credit that it earned. I will not likely purchase CEC's in this format again.

User Comments: The charts and tables used in this lecture were not on screne long enough for study. Subject is very interesting. Seems like a book promotion rather than a continuing education offering.

User Comments: It was a lot of statistics that as trainer for a long time I have heard in several lectures and articles and news papers over the years. It seems to me that it was more of an advertisement for the good doctors book. Some of those exercise modifications for the slew of framework problems would have been much more helpful for A.C.E. trainers specifically A.A.R.P. trainers.

His work is innovative, and pushes both medicine and fitness to a whole new level. I believe that fitness professionals who study his work in depth should be rewarded with a special title and more recognition, because what he has to offer is far beyond the scope of what other fitness professionals are doing today!

User Comments: Very good overview of how our framework is impacted due to a multitude of factors. Dr. Denubile does a great job of presenting the material in a clear and entertaining way that makes it very easy to follow and understand. The downloadable pdf of the powerpoint demonstration is also a very helpful tool in going through the presentation and a great resource for quick review of the information.

User Comments: Good statistics and it's good to see an orthopedic surgeon talking about the importance of exercise and posture. Would be even better if he talked about how posture is the key to joint/bone/muscle health and longevity.

I only wish ACE would allow these types of courses to show incorrect answers; However, this was a very easy course and enjoyable to learn. A great short course to enlighten and inspire. User Comments: way to much talking, not enough good content, the lecturer didn't seem believable as he himself wasn't in very good shape or health. He just kept repeating himself over and over the slides were shown quickly - he had way too many slides with irrelevant information on them.

This video seminar is something that should be mandatory for every fitness professional no matter their specific type of certification. I look forward to purchasing the "Your Clients Framework" book and DVD course by Nick(the seminar host) on this subject matter. very exciting material and critical to everyones fitness no matter the type of fitness goals!

User Comments: I learned a considerable amount of new information about the skeletal system and injuries. I was particularyly surprised to learn that NSAIDs hamper the healing of bone tissues. I have known many people who took aspirin and other NSAIDs to relieve pain after suffering fractures.
