Learn special considerations to help you design personalized programs for older adults, specifically those incorporating strength training.  Topics range from the physiology of aging to techniques for motivating and communicating to this growing population. Upon completion of this course, you’ll have a comprehensive knowledge of older clients and specific exercises to help them stay fit.
