This course, which is based on a chapter from ACE’s Clinical Exercise Specialist Manual, will help you understand how to work effectively with persons diagnosed with mood and anxiety disorders, as well as certain eating disorders. Learn about the signs and symptoms of depression, anxiety, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder.
