And how can you, as a yoga teacher or yoga enthusiast, develop sequences that are both purposeful and safe? Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Explain the general guidelines and structure of a vinyasa-style yoga class.
- Describe the physical and emotional benefits of various poses and sequences.
- Categorize postures appropriately to develop flow.
- Apply three different methods for sequencing a vinyasa-style yoga class.
