This multi-course program focuses on how poor nutrition and fatigue can negatively impact fire fighter health and survival, and provides practical techniques for improving nutrition and sleep hygiene. Heart disease is implicated in nearly 50% of fire fighter on the job deaths, and proper nutrition and sleep hygiene can help reduce the risk of heart disease.
