I have gained more knowledge on how to prevent injuries and help strengthen knees. I have clients of all ages and back grounds. I can use this material for my athletes who play soccer as well as my stay at home moms who want to stay healthy. GMP fitness is my go to for CEC's. I can understand the material and go at my own pace. I look forward to more courses.

"This course was a great review about all things knees. My clients are all on the older side so this will help me bring more focus to the knee complex and keeping it healthy for ADL’s. I enjoyed the book very much. I will pass it on to any of my clients who have questions about the knee and treatment options.”

As a member for many years, and after recently completing my recertification I wanted to pass along a compliment to you and your team of professionals. My last recertification was spent around books by Douglas Brooks and I still use many of his teaching tips. All of my ACE on line courses have proved to provide useful information.

This time I would like to compliment the Knee Injury Prevention Specialist course, it was my favorite this round. You receive a disk, a paperback book and two professionally done work books. The work books are great: spiral bound with a heavy vinyl cover and well printed over high quality paper. Very professional.

The course’s value is the clear delivery of a very complex subject, the human knee. This is by far the most difficult BUT rewarding of my courses. Please include my comments to your staff and to the party that did this course.
