  • Making a commitment to change can often be a hurdle for people – especially when it means giving up their favorite foods or altering their everyday routine.  Too many times, personal trainers have to deal with the “I hate change” attitude in their clients. In this webinar by Jonathan Ross, you’ll learn how to turn negative attitudes into a source of motivation by asking the right questions at the right time.  Connect your client’s goals with their values and help set goals they can attain, and you’ll help them become more confident in their own success.

    You will learn:

    • Reasons why people reject change in relation to their own health and fitness
    • Why benefits of exercise are irrelevant when it comes to motivating people to change
    • Powerful strategies for using emotion to motivate
    • How connecting someone’s goals to their personal values can help you create motivation

I liked the presenter and the material. Quiz questions were poorly written (confusing). I got them all correct but did not like the wording (missed the last one cause my computer skipped it - I am having HUGE issues with the quizes not saving and continuing.
