    This class had nothing to do with behavior modification as it pertains to nutrition. Good thing I already understand nutrition at a graduate level. You guys are seriously shorting the individuals that do not know much about nutrition. This test and class was all about your antiquated training methods and a complete waste of money and an utter disappointment!

    There were many questions on the test not covered in the course. Also a few trick questions. For example: "For a previously sedimentary individual, all of the following are health-related benefits of starting an exercise program EXCEPT A) Improved muscle hypertrophy, B) Reduced risk of developing type 2 diabetes, C) Improved blood-lipid profile, D) Reduced risk of cardiovascular disease." All of these are health-related benefits of starting an exercise program. Seems like a trick question and should either be taken out or changed.

    I have a graduate degree in clinical psychology and utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy on a routine basis. When I took the quiz, I struggled with the question about "cognitive restructuring" because the "correct" answer contradicted the text. The preferred answer indicated the health coach helps the client change their feelings and their behaviors, when actually the focus in on cognitions (thoughts) that lead to the feelings then behaviors. This was the only question I missed out of the 25....

    Great content. It's a part of the Health Coach manual, so if you already have that certification, the content is redundant.
