I now have a better understanding of trigger point therapy. As a runner myself, I am looking forward to trying the self care with trigger point therapy. This course was well laid out and presented in logical fashion.

I love this course. I know lots of runners and think that the information in this book is very informational in order to keep them running (pain-free/injury-free/or at least not to get as injured). It's definitely worth a read as it's very well thought out, organized, and researched.

This was a really great course. I really enjoyed it. I learned a lot of new information from the course content and the supplemental book 'Chi Running' was so great. 'Chi Running' completely changed the way I perceive running. I always thought I couldn't run...mainly because it hurt when i did it. Not only do I run now, I do it without pain. Seriously...I know that sounds so cliche, but it's true. Looking forward to sharing this information!

First and foremost, this course confirms my philosophy of "slow and steady wins the race against injury" with my runners. This course will help me further explain to them the difference between overload and overuse. Also, all running coaches could benefit from studying different program designs, and this course definitely helps in that area. The common injuries section is concise and very beneficial. This course explained the most beneficial exercises and drills for agility and flexibility. I have other textbooks that provide similar information, but this handbook is easier to follow. I've been reading running magazines cover to cover for over 10 years. This course takes all the important features of the content of the magazines' articles and puts it into one very concise and user friendly textbook. This will definitely be a fitness book that won't collect dust on my shelves because I plan on using it as a handbook daily when writing out programs for my runners!"

I enjoyed studying for this test. The materials covered everything that was asked on the test. The study materials went beyond information on running and injury prevention. It helped to refresh my memory on heart rate, nutrition and training tips. Good reading even if you were not taking the test.
