Take a short break and watch popular fitness icon, Richard Simmons, do what he does best — get the crowd up and dancing while, of course, donning his signature workut clothes.

In addition to getting people moving to "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" on NBC's Kathie Lee and Hoda, he also asked viewers to advocate on behalf of children and get physical education classes back in schools.
