We know you have questions. We know there are answers out there. But we also know that sometimes it helps to have all your questions answered in one place. Well, most of your questions. Maybe just some of your questions.
No, this isn’t another FAQ type post. Instead, we’re going to call this a ‘most requested answers’ post. And instead of just answering your question…we’re going to tell you where to go for the answer.
“Why is my exam on hold?”
Check your email…there is probably a message in there stating what the hold is about. If you are still lost, then call the Exam Registration dept. at x783 or email at email@example.com
“Where is my voucher? It wasn’t in my packet of material!”
Check your ACE online account…look under ‘My Vouchers’ and it will be there!
“How do I switch to the 20 week study coach?”
Call Education Services at x782 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
“What’s the tracking number on my materials order?”
Call Education Services at x782 or email at email@example.com to find out where your materials are.
“How do I reschedule my exam?”
Check you ACE online account…look under ‘My Exams’ and you will see an option for reschedule (also an option for retake). Still have problems? Call Exam Registration at x783 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org
“How do I know what is on the exam?”
Check your Exam Content Outline (appendix B in your manual).
“Which book am I supposed to read first?”
Check your Study Coach email! This will guide you through the materials. Haven’t gotten your week 1 study coach yet? Then start with the Essentials Manual while you wait.
“Where can I go for live classes?”
Get in touch with our University Partners to see if there is a class in your area.
