Lower-back pain is a fact of life for a significant number of adults, which means it is likely your clients will turn to you for help in relieving their pain so they can return to the activities they enjoy. Biomechanics expert Justin Price demonstrates several myofascial release techniques that can greatly improve the mobility of the feet, ankles and hips, and help alleviate lower-back pain.

Performing myofascial release for low back pain on a regular basis will help alleviate pain in your client’s lower back as well as in the feet, ankles, knees, and hips. For more information on how to help your clients address the muscle imbalances and postural issues that contribute to lower-back pain, check out part 1 and part 2 of Justin Price’s informative series in ACE ProSource.
