Providing fitness programs for client's with all levels of health and fitness, my background in exercise physiology, physical education, business and nursing provide me with tools to work with persons of all levels of fitness and health. A person's level of fitness, health and wellness is fluid and is something that can be managed, improved and enjoyed. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients from those who are apparently healthy, looking to gain or lose weight, those with special health concerns and developing a program that is based upon each person's unique needs and capabilities.
